"Highest floors are un-livable, there are extremely loud vibrations that made me complain for money back. They didnt accept, however luckily they allowed me to change room for 4th floor, which I accepted and there the vibrations could not be heard, just extremely loud street noise intercom outside of the room."

I would recommend to stay here. There is much to do in Ebina. Plus it located at train station that can take you to Yokohama or Shinjuku."
