I was very happy with this hotel. It looked fancy on the inside and was only like an 8 minute walk from the Tachikawa metro station / 5 min cab ride with luggage. Rooms made the best use of their space, had nice amenities, and I had a nice view of the Tachikawa area. Also, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby! Very walkable.

My suite was spacious luxurious, and very comfortable. The bathroom has showers, jet tub (jacuzzi) and doubles as a steamroom. The steamroom (sauna) was a blast! CY Waters Hotel was like a retreat. I did not have any contact with other guests! Loved it!

What attracted me to this hotel was its low price. It is an older hotel and the room was spacious and well-maintained. It was surprisingly easy to check in and for those who are arrivive by car, there appears to be adequate parking below the hotel.

I just happened to stay on the 2nd day from their renewal opening. So, naturally it was very clean. I hope they would continue paying attention to the details to maintain this cleanliness.
I spoke with Room Division Manager Mr. Hyodo. He spoke fluent English and was very helpful and friendly. My wife and myself rode bicycles to the hotel which is out of scope for the hotel but we received the perfect service.

The hotel had elevator parking, which made it very convenient. The front desk gentleman also spoke excellent English, and was very friendly. The hotel has many dining options within a couple blocks and a Lawtonās and small supermarket/minimart within a block. Nice area, safe, well lit. Fine for women. The rooms are small, probably catering to the business crowd but it was clean and comfortable and such a good price! We only stayed one night so did not eat there. Would definitely recommend...
