" Stayed here for my last week on a month long solo trip. Took a while to check in. You have to pre-check in first on a link, and take a picture of your passport. On check in day, you have to take a selfie of yourself to match your passport photo. It kept denying me saying faces dont match. Really frustrating after 20 minutes of trying. First impression was the house is really small. If you're planning to rent for a group, I would say 4 people would be max. The dining/tv area is really tight....

"좋았던 점 화장실, 샤워실이 1층, 2층에 각각 2개씩 위치해 있어, 여러명이 사용하기 편하였음. 내부에 세탁기가 있는데, 건조 기능까지 포함되어 있어 유용하였음. 1층에 에어컨 1대, 2층 침실에 에어컨이 2대 설치되어 있어 더운 여름에도 정말 시원하였음. 불편한 점 앞의 좁은 골목과 방음이 잘 되지 않음. 수건 리필과 청소 등의 서비스는 제공되지 않음. 주변 시설 닛포리역에서 도보로 20분. 우구이스다니역에서 도보로 10분 정도로 대중교통 타기에 정말 편한 위치였음. 바로 앞에 편의점과 라이프 슈퍼마켓이 있어 장보기에도 편리함. 기타 입실일 몇일 전에 메일을 통하여 체크인 링크가 전달 되었으며, 모든 절차가 무인으로 진행 되었음. 체크인을 완료하면 도어락 비밀번호를 알려줌. 방 안에서 문을 여는 버튼이 문 오른쪽 벽에 붙어있으니 주의 필요."

"this is my first time in Japan. luckily, I found this neat house in Tokyo, Japan. this Vacation house is a real house, which has everything inside. the location is great, 10 minutes walk from train station, which is very important for a group people without a car in Tokyo. the host , Ashley and her husband , are very nice people, they explain everything to us and prepared everything we may need in the stay. "The property felt traditional yet everything was quite modern and comfortable. The kids loved sleeping on the tatami mats with futons. All rooms were air conditioned. The spacious shower and bath room was a win. The room downstairs was handy for the elderly people. Very close to temple, river ferry, underground, ramen shops, convenience stores and the like. Would recommend to any type of group."

"Granbell Hotel Shinjuku provided us pleasant experience during our stay. We stayed for five days, enjoying a breakfast that was both good and reasonably priced. Our room was cleaned daily, staff were accommodating and had helped us booked a taxi going to the airport! "

"Our favorite place to stay in Tokyo. The staff is very nice, the food is fantastic at the buffet, and the location is perfect to the Ikebukuro train station, across the street. The amenities are replaced daily in each room and the rooms are always kept clean. We also love that the Airport Limousine stop is at the hotel so there in no need to walk anywhere else to catch it."
