Beach breezes flow beautifully through this cool, calm and tastefully decorated house. Located a few steps from the beach you'll love sitting on the balcony enjoying an afternoon wine or beer whilst relaxing to the sounds of the ocean.

The townhouse sleeps 8 people and is fully serviced all you need to bring are clothes and toothbrush. There is a washing machine and dryer for guest use, along with 2 car remote controlled garaged parking.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned, carpeted and have built-in robes. There is WiFi and Nexflix available to use at your leisure also. A study nook is also provided in the property for an already set up work station.

The property is a 2 minute drive to CBD, where your choice of shopping and food will leave you busy for hours. Entrance to the Blue Water Trail is a stones throw away, which is great for walking or cycling. Just a short 5 minute drive to Harrup Park Country Club. Only a few steps to Town Beach (great for kite surfing) and Iluka Park.

We do require a bond of $500 and is to be paid prior to your stay. A deposit of 25% is required to confirm/secure your booking, if you cancel your booking this amount is non refundable. The balance of your rental property is to be paid in full 4 weeks before arrival. Deposits and final payments can be made direct bank transfer. When payments have been made please email confirmation through with your surname and arrival date as a reference, when deposit is received you will be emailed with relevant information such as arrival/departure dates and times.

Linen is supplied which includes fitted sheets, pillows, cases, bath towels, quilts and covers. We know you will have a relaxing and enjoyable stay with us, and are looking forward to hearing from you.

An exit cleaning fee of $176p/s is charged for stays less than 7 nights. The $500 security bond is refunded following the exit clean pending no damages.
