We have received a phone number, which we should contact as soon as we land because of the suitcases. Unfortunately, no one was available there and also was not answered to our message. "Great stay, clean and great location. Very spacious apartment and responsive host Altough be careful it advertises parking available on request and a washer and dryer there is no parking and no dryer…but drying rack is availble. I VERY creaky floors, no one above us but i felt terrible for the people under us everytime i walked, even on tippy toes it was uncontrollable…. "

"Great view and close to everything. The coffee shop downstairs was an added bonus The apartment had everything you needed but does need a little upgrading. The chairs on the balcony were a little iffy on if they’d stay together and AC or more fans would be great with all the windows it was a little warm"

"Great hosts and location with fantastic sea view. We could check in earlier due to early arrival to Madeira, got great recommendations about best restaurants around. Apartment was exactly like in pictures. Would book again! Just weather was too chill to use heated pool. At least for us. "

Clean, comfortable, very well equipped, easy access to Funchal and supermarkets, own space in secure underground parking and spacious for two. Kitchen was great as we like to cook. "We went to Madeira, Porto, and Lisbon for our honeymoons and stayed at four different hotels during our visit, and the Savoy Palace was far and away the best hotel we stayed at. The room and view were both incredible and we really enjoyed the rooftop pool area. We’d absolutely stay here again if we come back to Madeira."

"This was the absolute best experience we’ve ever had. From start to finish, everyone was friendly, helpful and warm. The hotel and facilities are top tier. The breakfast is amazing. And the rooms and accommodations are the best you could ask for. If you go to Madeira, this is an absolute must stay!"

"Check-in was very easy and it was a 20 minute ride from the airport. The breakfast buffet had all kinds of food available and I never went hungry. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a pretty good location. There are dining options within a ten minute walk and a small grocery store (SPAR) that is also a ten minute walk in case you forgot something. "

"This was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the ocean right from the window. When we arrived, the children were greeted with lovely welcome gifts, which made the experience even more special. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The outdoor saltwater pool had a very comfortable temperature, and the nearby hot-water Jacuzzi was a perfect place to relax. There’s also a warm indoor pool inside the hotel, ideal for children and great for any weather. If I ever dreamed of coming back to Madeira, it would definitely be to this hotel. It offers a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere"

"We loved staying at Enotel Sunset Bay. Ponta do Sol is a fantastic location on Madeira. The hotel is right in front of the ocean and beach and all rooms have ocean views.We stayed on the 4th floor in the seaview rooms with balcony. The rooms are very spacious, clean and well-equiped. The 4th floor is where the roof top deck is located. It was a great place to soak in some sunshine and relax after a day of hiking. The indoor pool was also a bonus. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with lots of great choices. There is free underground parking, but it is somewhat difficult to get into and can get full. Overall, this is an excellent hotel and I highly recommend."
