"Arte Luise is more hostel than hotel. Be careful of which rooms you get. Some don’t have their own bathrooms. I stayed on the second floor that had no elevator. My trick for that was to take the lift to the third floor and then take the stairs down. The room itself was nice. Had vintage, wood furnishings and random art work. I did notice my room had ants so that sucked. I kept everything off the floor so that they wouldn’t get into my stuff. I gave the staff 2 stars because, well, there is no stuff. Everything is, essentially, self serve. I was ok with it but others may not be. The location of the hotel itself is prime. 10/10 on that for me. All the landmarks were super close and very walkable. Overall I’d give the hotel a 6/10. I’d stay there again if I couldn’t find another in that same area. "
