"We had a fantastic time! Kristina was very attentive and was available to help with anything we needed. She prepared us a great breakfast every day and even went out of her way to get us a birthday cake for a friends birthday. We were in town for a wedding at the hotel nearby and this was a great location to stay offsite."

We were two couples and booked 2 double rooms. 2 hours before checking in we received a link to go to a different a accommodation location than the one we booked with no explanation. It was a residence not a hotel. No Reception at new location, nowhere to buy a coffee or water (not even a vending machine), beach was 15 minutes drive by car unlike the hotel we booked. Breakfast was served in a run-down coffee shop15 minutes drive from residence and food selection was dismal....
