"A clean, very well equipped apartment on a lovely quiet little street. Looks like a very recent renovation of an historic building. We had a bit of a problem getting in as the instructions were sent very late, and it’s totally automated. However, after that, communication was very good. We also had a hot tub. After five nights, I was ready to move in. If you want a memorable experience in Ortigia, book this hotel. I cannot praise it enough."
