"Had a warm welcome from Maison Ortigia, and lots of help with parking and logistics. Very smooth experience to park in the old town with their help, easy check-in, nice clean room and fabulous location. Not a 5* hotel, but for a B&B a truly excellent experience. "Situation in Ortigia in an area of narrow, interesting lanes full of restaurants and local businesses is fascinating. Very much an atmosphere of Sicilian Ortigia. Room was very clean and modern with aircon and good bathroom. Roof garden where breakfast is served is attractive but the breakfast itself is average. There is a car park quite close at the marina but it is very expensive. Satnav finding the loction was quite useless. Important to contact the owner before arrival."

"It is located right in the center, the staff was very nice, breakfeast was served on a cosy roof top terrace, and included more that than the usual coffee and dry bread - there was also yogurt, cake and fruit. We were there in high season (end of July) and we cannot believe that we got all that for that price :-)"

"Great location near the water but on a quiet street. People were friendly and sent us lots of info via what’s app when we arrived. Only comment is that housekeeping could have swept floor better as dusty and feet Got dirty. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Palazzo Artemide. Ortigia is a charming town with lively streets, many great restaurants, and cute stores. The hotel is in an incredible location right between the cathedral and one of the best shopping streets. Our room slept three people very comfortably and had a little terrace with a view of the cathedral on one side and the sea on the other! The staff, especially Roberto, were super helpful and thoughtful. The breakfast outside under the big umbrellas was perfect. This exceeded our expectations— we were so pleased! Thank you!"
