Every evening, she would come to check in on us, making sure my daughter felt special and comfortable. She surprised her with balloons, a special cake, chocolates, and fresh fruit in the room – such a thoughtful gesture. She even took the time to do my daughter’s hair, which absolutely made her day! Letizia’s kindness and warmth turned our stay into a truly unforgettable experience. We are so grateful and will definitely return."
