Letizia went above and beyond for my daughter, taking the time to cater to all her needs and allergies with such care and attention. Every evening, she would come to check in on us, making sure my daughter felt special and comfortable. She surprised her with balloons, a special cake, chocolates, and fresh fruit in the room – such a thoughtful gesture. She even took the time to do my daughter’s hair, which absolutely made her day! Letizia’s kindness and warmth turned our stay into a truly unforgettable experience. We are so grateful and will definitely return."
