"I came to this property not knowing I would be sharing space with others. It should’ve stated that on the website, so people are aware. When staying in an AirBnB I’m looking to have my own privacy. This place literally is a room, a small room at that. When we pulled up we seen crack heads across the street. I had already paid for the room but after my husband viewed the room he wasn’t happy with it, so while the owners were there I asked if I could get a refund they told me they don’t do refunds...

"The place was in an unwelcoming area. You had to push really hard on the room door just to get it to close. I didn't realize the bathroom and shower were also shared along with the dining/common area. The people in the other rooms were loud. The good thing I can say is that when i contacted the property they were quick to respond and were respectful. "

" 1) people who are onsite helpers / housekeepers etc should be immediately fired! 2) the linens were extremely smelly, old and stained. had massive yellow stains all over it which is pretty disgusting considering the only thing it could be others dirty shots. 3) our shower had only a bottle and it was DISH SOAP! "Stayed here for a quick Business trip and it was perfect. Its about the size of a small hotel suite with the mini kitchen, but in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It was a third of the price compared to hotels in the area with bad reviews, so this was ideal!"

"We traveled to NJ to attend a family celebration. The accommodations were great but we experienced vandalism on our car. The window was busted out on the driver's side and they damaged the inside of the vehicle. It was a Sunday of a holiday weekend and there were no repair shops open. We had to drive 5 hours home to VA with no window and the humidity was horrendous."
