Location was perfect for easy walking to all the sights, shopping and dining. Disappointed that the rooftop bar and splash pool were closed for renovations. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Pleasant Stay

The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. This room is suitable for people who require mobility support. The bathroom is large and equipped with special hand-bars in the shower. The receptionists are very friendly and efficient. The hotel is in an excellent location and most attractions are within walking distance.

Excellent location with a friendly staff. Some parts of the hotel are being renovated but that didn’t affect us. Huge shout out to their front desk / reception staff for being caring, helpful and extremely polite. Not all rooms have a good or any view.

Location and staff are great!

Location and friendly staff! Those are my highlights. The location is unbeatable, right off Gran Via near shopping and a short walk to all the tourist stuff. But the people that work here are the best!! Also, as a work traveler, I love that they have a washer and dryer. It helps so much. My only complaint is the tiny gym. Otherwise, this will continue to be my go-to work hotel Madrid.

Great Place in the heart of Gran Via

We had a wonderful stay at Aloft Gran Via over Christmas. First, it’s in great location and just a short walk to the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, Mercado de San Miguel, and all the shops and theaters along Gran Via. It’s a short metro ride to the Prado, Parque De Retiro, and Santiago Bernabeu. The hotel staff is terrific. From everyone at the front desk to the amazing housekeeping staff, Aloft is a clean, modern, and welcoming hotel. You’ll be comfortable if you only speak English, but everyone will gracefully indulge your bad attempts at Spanish too. They certainly did mine.
