Buena ubicación, pero sucia la cama.

El hotel se encuentra en buena zona y el personal es muy amable, sin embargo el cuarto me pareció muy sucio, me tuve que dormir encima de las cobijas ya que al abrir la cama no había sábanas y las almohadas estaban amarillas del uso, lo cual fue bastante desagradable. El baño era lo único limpio y renovado de la habiatacion . Anteriormente me he quedado en otros hostales en la zona por el mismo precio y mucha mejor calidad en su limpieza .

Acomodação funcional à ótimo preço no coração de M

O Hostal Régio está muito bem localizado, com fácil acesso ao metrô e a serviços como livraria, farmácia, lanchonete, lavanderia e minimercado. O serviço de atendimento é atencioso e o quarto embora pequeno, oferece o necessário para uma estadia de curto prazo. Pela acomodação e pela localização o preço cobrado é muito bom.

nice hostel, directly situated in the old city.

we stayed there 5 nights. the personal was very friendly. they give us very good informon about madrid. a very good restaurant is directly on the other side of the street. i will stay there next time.

Ottima posizione a 2 passi a piedi dal centro

Albergo piccolino e di poche pretese, ma gradevole e ben ristrutturato che si trova al terzo piano con ascensore di un palazzo storico. Il personale non parla italiano ma è gentilissimo e disponibile. Siamo arrivati alcune ore prima del check-in ma ci hanno consentito di lasciare le valigie e fare un primo tranquillo giro su gran via e dintorni. Stanza pulita con wifi compreso. Bagno piccolino ma comodo (non c'è il phon) e la doccia è comunque molto ampia. Nonostante si trovi in centro la buona insonorizzazione con l'esterno rende il tutto molto silenzioso. Per il resto ottimo soggiorno e giudizio positivo.

Muy recomendable

Muy buen trato, totalmente reformado, habitacion confortable con baño y muy limpio, situacion inmejorable, por la zona en la que se encuentra, por la noche no se escucha demasiado ruido, solo mejorable si tubiera una cocina comunitaria para poder preparar algun desayuno o comida sencilla. Hostal muy recomendable.

Great located.

This Hostal is well located. In the middle of Madrid. Rooms are small, but there are nice one. Most of the places are in walking distance. This place is more for friends, Couples or byselfs, not for big families.

Boa opção para quem não procura conforto

Este foi o segundo Hostel que estivemos em Madrid e as comparações foram inevitáveis. Cama muito ruim de dormir, colchão velho, água do chuveiro era muito fraca (caiam pingos). Eles não fornecem a chave do Hotel então toda vez que você quer entrar tem que pedir para alguém abrir. Tivemos que ficar aguardando diversas vezes do lado de fora. Apenas 1 funcionário atende todo o Hostel por turno. Limpeza precária, chão sujo e roupa de cama foi trocada apenas 1 vez - apenas na chegada. Nem esticavam o lençol. O preço era bom, a localização é perfeita. Se fizerem algumas melhorias e incluírem café da manhã tenho certeza que retornaria. Mas nas condições atuais não recomendo.

oui, c'est très correct.

Bien situé, tout se fait à pied. Le personnel très gentil quoique leur connaissance de l'anglais limité, ce n'est pas un défaut, ça nous aide à se debrouiller en espagnol et en signe! Seul bémol, la vue de la chambre... room with no view.

Wij (2 personen), hadden een prima verblijf, Hostal zeer goed gelegen in centrum en nabij Metrostation (Gran Via), schoon en netjes maar onze kamer was wel wat krap en bovendien niet de kamer (met balkon) die wij reserveerden en bevestigd kregen. Correctie zou niet mogelijk geweest zijn, wat uiteraard kan als er inderdaad dubbel geboekt werd. Instructies voor evacuatie/vluchtweg leken te ontbreken. Het was prettig dat de receptie 24 uur per dag bemand was. Goede verhouding prijs /kwaliteit.

Fiquei maravilhado com este Hostel. O quarto é novo, bonito, e relativamente espaçoso para um casal. O banheiro é limpo, e tem box blindex. O funcionário do 1º turno é extremamente atencioso. Tem Wifi grátis. Foi uma das minhas melhores estadias na Europa. RECOMENDO !!!!!!

- Kurzurlaub 5 Tage - Single im Doppelzimmer - Bad neu renoviert - Schallschutzfenster, kein Strassenlärm von Gran Via - Klimaanlage kostenlos - Problematisches Schlüsselsystem: Zimmerschlüssel müssen an der Rezeption abgegeben werden, welche theoretisch 24 Std besetzt ist. Jedoch macht die Rezeption auch die Zimmer sauber, so das in dieser Zeit die Schlüssel unbeaufsichtigt sind und für jeden im Hostal zugänglich. Desweiteren ist oft Nachts der Rezeptionist auf der Strasse vor dem Hotel und wartet ob noch Hotelgäste kommen, auch in dieser Zeit sind die Schlüssel unbeaufsichtigt.

Highly recommended!

We had an excellent stay at Hostal Regio! The location is unbeatable, really close to everything. Our room was clean and had everything we needed -it was even cleaned in between our stay. The only con was that the walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything happening in the hallways.
