Chambre spacieuse, très propre avec un petit frigo d appoint. Très appréciable .Un point d eau serait peut être une idée comme un lave main, un petit lavabo dans la chambre. Espace commun agréable.Proche du métro a 5mn a pied. Possibilité d aller a pied jusqu'au stade bernabeu, environ 30 a 40 mn a pied.Échanges et communication très fluide et rapide avec le propriétaire.
