The location was great, The room was ok, very small bathroom and shower. The room was clean and the property had no elevator, so it was very hard to take up/down our luggage’s to the third floor.

Great location in the heart of the city. Staff was welcoming and facilities were very nice. Older guests should be aware though that there is no lift and you may end up carrying your luggage up and down three flights of stairs.

The room was large with a kitchenette and a separate lounge area, was supervised by it size. Is located in a good area with easy access to the metro and walking distance to everything, lots of restaurants. Reception is available 24/7 which was great for those coming early or late. Ability to leave your luggage

Very well located very close to Gran Via. Staff very friendly and kind, always ready to help. My room was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. This can be an issue for some people. Room are not isolated at all. I could hear people in the rooms next to mine, in the stair case, the corridor and people walking over my head. It was not easy to fall asleep,

Location was excellent for shops and transport options! Minutes from everything you need! Easy to get to location! Worked great for the formula 1 and tourist days! Room was cleaned every day and spotless, air con was great and. Big help, bathroom a little small but did the job! Would recommend stay again! Staff were friendly and were happy to help when needed!

The hotel has a great location; lots of restaurants and supermarket near it. Walking distance from Gran Vía. The staff was really nice. Just take note that the place doesn’t have an elevator, so if you have heavy luggage it can be difficult to go upstairs.
