"We arrived very early and our room was ready! Very clean hotel with helpful staff. Only down side was the gym was closed the day we were there."

"Very disappointed at this 4 star hotel. No iron in the room, no coffee maker. Only soap and shampoo. There is a fee of 15 euros per day to rent the coffee maker, and 5 euros for the tea kettle Called the reception to ask for an iron and they say they do not have iron for the rooms and I will have to pay for the service if I need it. I was finishing my 3 week holiday travel, and stayed at 8 different hotels in 5 different countries and this is the only one I will never go back to. At check out, the hotel was charging breakfast for 2 days and I only requested breakfast for one day. They corrected the mistake, but the receptionist was giving me a hard time saying that the deal is to reserve breakfast for the whole stay, which I was never informed, and as I told him I was leaving very early in the morning and the hotel offers breakfast service beginning at 7:00 AM, so I did not needed to pay for 2 breakfasts. Not happy"

"It was great. Not very cold AC, but that is just a matter of taste. Breakfast was delicious and generous variety. If you book through the hotel, the shuttle to airport is free. Otherwise, it is 5 euros per person cash and paid at check in to make sure you get the shuttle time you need. It fills up quickly."
