"What you see in the picture is what you get. Host were very informative and gave all the relevant information to the unit. Free coffee, tea, soft drinks, mineral water, instant noodles were provided. Kitchen was well equipped. Comfortable stay for my family. Unit is near restaurants, mall and shops. As it was near the airport, I could here the plane sound and music from nearby pub. However, sound was bearable for a light sleeper like me. Noise stopped by midnight. So i has a good sleep...

"Great property for a great price. Pool is amazing and huge mall next door. Check in was a bit problematic, there were no instructions. Get Expedia to give you the owner’s phone number beforehand. You can do a self check in. Recommended!"

"1. Every staffs are warm and kind. There is no front desk but I have no problem throughout my stay because I am alway connected to host Tom via on-line. 2. Excellent for kids - Sony PS is there with big TV screen!!! My two sons preferr this apartment rather than 5 star resorts now. 3. I learned that the area of Nimman suffers from the big noise of airplanes.But don't worry! The apartment provides free ear plugs."

While we had some issues with one of the keys for front door, Lucas was very attentive and helpful in resolving the issue. "We really enjoyed our stay here! Lin is a great host and very accommodating! Communication was excellent and very responsive to our questions. The condo is very clean with all the amenities you need and more! Everything is within a short walking distance. Maya mall, One Nimman, Night markets, great restaurants, food stalls, coffee shops, 7-11's, etc. We highly recommend this condo to our friends and family. We've already booked our next Chiang Mai trip in this lovely condo again!"
