Welcome to Babbling Brook.  This new construction includes two bedrooms (1 king bed and 1 queen bed) and two bathrooms.  There is also a queen sleeper sofa. The home features a fully stocked kitchen with island, fireplace in the living room and a washer and dryer.  The outside area has an outdoor firepit with chairs and a charcoal grill overlooking the small creek.




The home is centrally located in the heart of Maggie Valley and is easily accessible year round.  Babbling Brook is part of the Twinbrook Resort which allows access to the community pool/hot tub and the playground.  The Cataloochee Ski Area is only 5 miles away and only 20 miles from Cherokee and the casino.  You can explore all of the shops and restaurants of Historic downtown Waynesville which is only 10 minutes from the home or Asheville which is only 30 minutes away.  You can also easily plan a day trip to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
