"River Rest" is a magical riverfront tiny house - the perfect place to recharge and enjoy nature. It's the ideal launching point just 20 minutes to the Great Smoky Mountains and 5 minutes to the cute downtowns of Sylva and Dillsboro. Fish right on the property, enjoy rafting & kayaking rentals just 2 minutes away, and plenty of hiking within minutes! You won't want to leave waking up in your cozy bed with the constant sound of the beautiful Tuckaseegee River!

Can't beat the location:
- 2 mins to Tuckaseegee Outfitters (tubing, rafting and kayaking)
- 3 min to downtown Dillsboro with great restaurants
- 7 mins away to downtown Sylva with amazing food and breweries
- 20 minutes to Great Smoky Mountain National Park

Property was very clean and had a beautiful river right outside. Not typically a fan of anything but hotels, but this had everything you might need! Hosts were also very responsive when we had any questions!
