"Breakfast is certainly substandard compared with similar hotels; the variety offered is very limited with mainly vegetarian food. Room is comfortable and bigger than other places. Shower is powerful and both biscuits and coffee in room are very good. Most packet coffee have lots of sugar in them but not the ones here. "

"It was in a convenient location but the shower was grubby and the windows had rusty frames and rust dribble marks all over them. The cafe was unmanned so was unable to get a morning coffee even though it advertises a cafe. The hotel is showing signs of wear and tear."
"Walkable from Tainan station if 25 minutes is not too far to you. Kitchen and washing drying combo machine included. So handy if you want to do cooking and laundry. The kitchen provides a water filtration system. However, we found the hotplate in the kitchen wasn't hot enough. You will need to be very patient when you cook your food "
"Nothing went away from the start. The web site gave us the wrong address and we couldn’t find the right place for a long time. The staff gave us very little help. Finally we found some local people who gave us directions to the place. The place…where do I start. The place was old and had a lot of problems, the bathroom door didn’t have a lock or a latch so it wouldn’t stay closed, the shower drain very slowly, every time we took a shower we would be standing in a pool of water. "One of the best hostels I ever stayed. Everything clean, new, has toilet paper, you get towel, sheets cleaned, 3 showers and 3 toilets and you also have toilets outside. You have kitchen with microwave, fridge (be noted no option to cook), and you are provided with water dispenser, etc.
Location is amazing with many attractions nearby and places to eat."

"Large room with separate bathing and toilet. Excellent concierge services. Unable to use the laundry and pool facilities because the pool closes at 9:30pm and everyone requires a swimming cap. ( you may need to shorten your tours within the city and return to hotel early enough in order to use this facility) Laundry also located on roof top next to swimming pool but closes at 10:30pm ( all laundry must be collected before 10:30pm and no access to laundry after 10:30pm which is also inconvenient for families who can not make it before the closing time. First time we encounter hotel has a laundry facility that closes. Most of them are available 24 hours and some even have capability to show which units are available and time left on the machine on the TV screen in your room."
"This was one of the best hotels we stayed in whilst travelling around Taiwan. Not just because we got a free upgrade to a suit but because the service we received from the staff. A late check out was standard and we never felt pushed to check out even when we went out in the morning of check out to visit a local attraction. This was also the most eco-friendly hotel we stayed in. The inclusive breakfast spread was amazing and they also had free afternoon snacks which could easily fill you up. Location of the hotel was quite central and we could explore the areas around quite easily. Their range of hand wash, shampoo/shower gel and conditioner was amazing. When we visit Tainan again in the future, we will definitely be booking here again!"
