But once we called and he arrived, it was an awesome place to stay. Loved the location in historic Tainan (only street parking a couple blocks away available) and all four of us found it very roomy with a nice shared sitting area/kitchen outside our private room. And free snacks upon arrival. I hope to stay there again some day!"

"We had an excellent experience at this hotel! The front desk lady was incredibly helpful and made it easy for us to plan our trip. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of many landmarks and famous local restaurants. You can take the bus H31 directly from Taiwan High Speed Rail Tainan Station to the Xiaoximen station and walk just 5 minutes to the hotel.
However, there were a few things that could be improved. The pillows were very uncomfortable and not very supportive for my neck. The bathroom was spacious but the water slowly drained in the shower, which was a bit frustrating. I wish they would separate the shower and the toilet.
On the bright side, the breakfast buffet was fantastic! They even had some local famous dishes that we enjoyed. Overall, we had a great time at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others."

"Amazing and friendly staff, the moment we walked in. Limited supplies of snacks and coffee, but it absolutely does the job if and whenever you need some caffeine. The room has everything you need, and again, it supplied us with the comfort we needed on our two-day trip to Tainan. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for people who just want a really good-priced place to stay and explore the town :)"

"Large room with separate bathing and toilet. Excellent concierge services. Unable to use the laundry and pool facilities because the pool closes at 9:30pm and everyone requires a swimming cap. ( you may need to shorten your tours within the city and return to hotel early enough in order to use this facility) Laundry also located on roof top next to swimming pool but closes at 10:30pm ( all laundry must be collected before 10:30pm and no access to laundry after 10:30pm which is also inconvenient for families who can not make it before the closing time. First time we encounter hotel has a laundry facility that closes. Most of them are available 24 hours and some even have capability to show which units are available and time left on the machine on the TV screen in your room."
