Clean and well-maintained property, nice pool area, outdoor bar, and a fun lobby bar area to catch a soccer match with guests. As close to clean, beautiful beaches as you can be in the area. Plenty of dining options within walking distance, along with markets and enough shopping nearby in a traveler-safe environment. The rooms are adequate size, but not more. "The hotel was good and I really liked the room, especially there being a mini kitchen. To build on, the food was incredible! What made me sad was that the pool and hot tub are only for people 16 or above, and I traveled with two kids who were both under that age. We were all bummed about it, but overall this hotel was a nice place to relax."

"Jam Lisbon was awesome for our family of 5! Room: spacious with bunk beds and a nice window to light the room. This is an industrial/environmental style hotel so don’t expect great lighting in the bathroom. Outlets well placed. Staff: very helpful check in with advice about the city and a marked up map included. The cleaning staff was absolutely incredible, kind, and thorough. "We had a very short stop at this hotel (overnight for an early flight in the morning) but we had such a wonderful time in the pool and the gardens, and it felt so fulfilling when we left. The hotel staff accommodated us earlier than the usual check in time, and they were very welcoming to us. We strongly recommend this place to anyone who needs to catch up a flight in the morning but doesn’t have to waste their time and money in a chain hotel."
