"A fantastic hotel all round. We booked the all inclusive option which worked well for us. We had a room with a sea view terrace. It was worth the extra cost as it had a jacuzzi, bali beds, sofa & firepit! Yoga & Pilates equipment was also provided for our private use, so early morning yoga sessions on the terrace overlooking the sea were a must! The food & drink were also very good. "This was our 2nd time at Mitsis Rinela after trying a few of the Mitsis properties. The facilities and the sand beach are the main attraction for sure. Everything has been or is being refurbished and the hotel is really beautiful. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in an all inclusive resort. Only drawback for us as a couple was the number of kids around but that’s the summer for you. Not much can be done about that. "

"The an ultimate hotel for the best vacation ever!!! First of all most importantly service!!! Always there for your every need taking care of your every last concern All inclusive to the highest standards especially with our specific culinary needs the hotels nutritionist are always ready to do anything for your needs they where amazing both of them!!! And finally a great shout out to Vicky from the front desk she was amazing in every possible way!!! Thank you for the room upgrade!!!!!"

"We had the most incredible stay at Village Heights Resort and couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality that made us feel truly special. They made our honeymoon unforgettable with thoughtful touches that made us feel celebrated and cared for. Whether it was the beautifully prepared room, the complimentary wine, we felt completely spoiled. The resort itself is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. It offered the perfect balance of relaxation and luxury, with breathtaking views, lovely pools, and quiet spots to unwind. "We arrived at the hotel and immediately they upgraded our room to a room with a private pool (very nice, but unfortunately not usable). Everything was perfect and appreciated. The food in the main room is excellent and with a wide selection, the chef is always there with a big smile. On the other hand, in the two restaurants, unfortunately, the food is not made on site, Just heats it up and serves it. It's a shame, because these are good quality products! Anyway, this is not a complaint, just sharing our feelings. We definitely recommend the place, and of course we will go back there soon!"

"I would give the place 10 points! And that's because it was worth the money during the time we were there. Although it's not a 5 star hotel and even an old one with an all inclusive service that is still stuck in time... At the same time, you can enjoy the service that the hotel offers both in terms of food, rooms and service. The food - needs improvement! Both in terms of quality and in terms of serving. You can at least upgrade the way of serving to be more respectable! The rooms - different types, some are small, but comfortable. You can always improve with new mattresses and even an air conditioner or refrigerator that makes noise at night. The service - this is actually the strong point of the place! It makes up for everything else... The staff at the reception is amazing, attentive and respectful of every question and request. The waiters in the restaurant and the Kissaot bar are always smiling and available for any question or request. Overall, I would recommend everyone to come, especially the apartments and the attitude! Thanks to the staff at the reception, restaurant and bar!!!"
