"We arrived quite late and it was a little difficult to find in the dark, but our hosts were able to come out to meet us at the gate. The hosts were amazing! We arrived as guests and left after 4 nights feeling like family. They are wonderful. The breakfast was home made with more variety than we could wish for. Best breakfast we have had in Italy! If you are wanting to stay in the Modena area, this is a great place to call home for a few days. Hosts are 11/10!"

"The owner of the property was an absolute delight to talk to! The breakfast she personally put together was done very well and was very fresh! We enjoyed the history of her property and her husband with their collection of antique items on property. The history of their business was very interesting to listen to. Our host couple, Gianna and Giuliano are delightful people who love to give personal attention to their guests. They handle restaurant reservation, comfort-enhancing tweaks and the most incredible breakfast of home-make treats we have ever seen! Parking onsite and easy access to Modena make should make this anyone's first choice of accommodation. Bed was super comfortable and large windows give you fresh air or there is A/C if you need it.
