Spa experience was exceptional with Dukha the therapist. She is one of the best. Anand was quite good in helping through the experience. 3. Shrima was proactive and EFFECTIVE, in helping my relocation to a different room when the hot water stopped. I had not expected to take a cold shower at the Leela. 4. Ms. Sinha met me twice to make sure my stay remained pleasant and asked for candid fedd back. 5. Overall, WELL DONE! I will be back when i return to Chennai. "
