"I booked 2 nights for 504 INR, but they require 800 INR and they claimed they haven't registered in Hotels.com. It's still cheap, but not so clean, and almost non A/C (only 1 hour in midnight). Location is good, only 3 minutes from a metro station, and good local restaurant is close to the hostel."

I had a great stay at the hotel! The receptionist and Patrick were both extremely friendly and kind. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and even recommended some amazing places to visit during our trip. Their hospitality really made a difference—thank you for a wonderful experience! Hotel is great for group. Not many restaurants nearby. Not easy access for transportation (general problem in Goa). If you have your own transportation it is good place to stay. Beach is 45 minutes walk.. not comfortable during summer. GoaMiles app is terrible. I almost missed my flight as they canceled reservation last minute ( Nothing to do with hotel).
