"Was very clean. Check in was so easy. Property was clean and quiet. There was a creek by the property and was nice to sit by. Plenty of shade. If we needed anything they accommodated us. Kitchen was furnished with all we needed. Would recommend getting a few mixing bowls. #4 upper bed is not really good for adults but we all slept well. Would definitely recommend staying and we WILL be returning. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

Spacious cabin accessing all of Colorado's outdoor adventure

"This cabin was perfect! The property was spotless…inside and outside. The cabin is beautiful with plenty of gathering space. We cooked multiple meals and had all the cookware, bakeware and utensils we needed. It is the most well stocked kitchen in any vacation rental home we’ve ever stayed in. The owners were very communicative and made sure we had plenty of water for our stay. It is evident they take great care to make the space comfortable for their guests. The outdoor space is amazing! Our family enjoyed coffee outside in the mornings and ate dinner and played board games in the evening. The property is adjacent to beautiful BLM land that is fun to explore. Overall, this cabin is one of our favorite destinations and we hope to come back in the future!"

"What a wonderful place. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The hosts thought of everything! There were so many thoughtful things such as snacks in the fridge and a variety of soaps in the bathroom. The view was beautiful as well."

"Two of us spent a week at this location. Our purpose for coming to Colorado was to specifically visit the Black Canyon. This was a good location to stay at because it was reasonably located near the Black Canyon National park. This allowed us to visit the park 3 times. The Black Canyon did not disappoint! So many breathtaking views. This property is a good location to visit the Curecanti National Recreation area for some great hiking as well! Montrose is a friendly town with great places to eat. We also visited Ouray’s Box Canyon and town, and the Ridgeway State Park and town. The San Juan Mountains are beautiful! After hiking the Mini Ranch gave us a relaxing refuge. We spent a lot of time on the patio! This property gave us an opportunity to do what we love…hike, enjoy God’s beautiful world, and give us a much needed place to relax! Whenever we had questions, Tamara, the host was quick to respond addressing any question we had. There are convenient places nearby to buy groceries. Every restaurant we patronized had great food and great service. We went to Horsefly twice! Yum! We have many more National Parks to visit, but if we ever get back to this area, we will definitely try to stay here again!Thank you so much for Everything!From Happy Michiganders"
