"This cabin is an absolute must visit! We stayed for two nights and it was the perfect place to return to after a long day of fishing, hiking, and exploring at Itasca. The rental was clean and exactly as described online. There were enough tools and space in the cabin for us to comfortably make pizzas, enjoy some wine, and prep food for our outings. The bathhouse being a short walk from the cabin was no issue at all, and the Black Lantern Resort was very well-kept in general. The host called us the day before our reservation to make sure we were aware of road closures, and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze! We felt safe in the cabin during our entire stay, even when heavy rains hit our last morning. 10/10 would recommend staying here, especially if you are planning on heading over to Itasca and the campground is full!"
