"Layana Resort is wonderful! The staff was so accommodating, friendly, and gracious. The room was large with a lovely covered balcony. The beach was beautiful and the water was so clear and warm. We used the resort shuttle to and from the airport, which was super convenient and a pleasant journey. I highly recommend Layana. It is the nicest resort on Koh Lanta."

"For the price, this place rocks! Although basic the bungalows were very clean. The grounds were very nice as well. The staff were the friendliest we encountered on our trip and got to know your name and went out of their way to interact with you and make sure you are happy. Definitely recommend for a bungalow experience! Food in the restaurant was pretty good also! "

"The room was incredible, well air conditioned and large. The staff were top notch, so friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. The surrounding area is great, a lot of walkable dining options, and can get taxis from the front desk to areas further out. There were some monitor lizards and lots of beautiful birds out there too. The pool was very well maintained, and the beach is incredibly close, right at the back of the property. This location is so hospitable and beautiful it felt like a home away from home. Would go back tomorrow if I could!"

"Excellent property & staff. Very clean and friendly. We will stay here again. One item and does reflect on hotel is it is at end of beach and it rocky where you get to beach. Have to walk about 100ft to get to the EXCELLENT areas. Just letting you know if you have small children. Again highly recommend!!!"
