"Our apartment exceeded expectations. It was spacious, comfortable, with well-equipped kitchen and furnishings. The 24-hour staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location felt very safe and was within a 4-minute walk of the St John's Wood tube station as well as shops and restaurants. There were a few things, though, that could have been better: 1) the beautiful ceramic tile floors in the shower we're extremely slick and with nothing to hold on to could be quite dangerous; 2) the combination washer and dryer was confusing to use and impossible to open once it was completed--even after going online and consulting the user's manual, we had to get help from the staff to open it, which required using an emergency manual unlock procedure; 3) the air conditioning is apparently controlled from the front desk and needed to be set quite cold in order to be comfortable under the provided comforter. "

"Front Desk staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious and came with some basics in the kitchen area. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean, light, had plenty of space and a good shower. Staff were ever present and always opening doors, helping with luggage etc. "
