"This was my fourth trip to Santiago, and I needed a last-minute, one-night hotel stay. I am learning Spanish and the staff at the Doubletree, many of whom are bilingual, were patient and helpful, always positive in attitude. I arrived early and they were able to get me into my room sooner than expected. The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable, zero complaints. The complementary filtered water system in the room was a welcome amenity. The breakfast buffet is very comprehensive, and the view of Santiago from the 17th floor is amazing."
