"The location was a disaster we were advised not to go out of the hotel after 7pm and it fell like a prison there is a gym in the building or attached to it and the noise and vibration was really annoying the breakfast was not of the quality and it wasn't fresh the fruit in the basket were rotting I wouldn't recommend the hotel"

"Our experience was wonderful in Solace Hotel Santiago. Clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast and dinner very good. We loved the sunset view from the terrace with nice music . The staff were extremely amable and helpful. We got in early morning from USA . Staff arranged to be picked at airport and although checking in was at 3 pm we were accommodated upon our arrival , so we could rest . Everything was great!"

"I asked for a desk chair and they didn’t have one, gave me an old uncomfortable chair that didn’t swivel, I asked for an iron and it didn’t work, not hot enough, they say parking included, but you have to walk like 4 blocks it’s not on site. Some of the staff were not welcoming, will never stay here again"

"Stayed at NH Ciudad de Santiago and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The main issue was the consistently poor customer service from reception staff, who often appeared uninterested and unhelpful. We also experienced maintenance issues on arrival, including a heater that was not working and required attention from maintenance. On our second day, our room was not serviced or cleaned, which meant basic items such as coffee pods were not replenished. When we later requested replacement pods, what should have been a simple request became unnecessarily difficult. None of the issues were major on their own, but together they created the impression that guest service was not a priority. The hotel has a good location and comfortable rooms, but the overall level of hospitality did not match the price paid."

"This place is truly impeccable and high end! From the moment we arrived, the greeting and check-in process was seamless, warm, and highly professional. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, and both the building and guests are cared for to an exceptionally high standard. Every detail feels thoughtful and refined without ever feeling pretentious. The rooftop bar is absolutely breathtaking, with incredible views across the summit of Cerro San Cristóbal. The breakfast was unlike anything we’ve experienced before. The à la carte offering was outstanding, and as frequent travellers, that is not something we say lightly. We were only transiting through Santiago on this occasion, but after this experience we will definitely be back. Highly recommended."
