"I was promised Wi-fi, but it took 3 days before I was able to connect because the Wi-fi service had not been paid by the owner. The windows did not stay open, and needed something to keep them open, which was not supplied. The kitchen was bare of necesities for food preparation (e.g., oi, spices). Communication always took a long time to get a response. TV channels and aps were limited."

"Was very handy to transport options. Airport bus no longer stops at Los Heroes it seems which was my main reason for choosing this Hotel but the Republica stop was only 10 minutes walk away so worked out ok. My room was very quiet which is a bonus on this trip. Breakfast was ok, had better had worse."

"Attentive staff and easy check-in and check-out. Clean and spacious room with good AC and pretty interiors. Many places of interest are within walking distance and the immediate area is safe. Good quality breakfast. I would stay here again."
"El lugar es hermoso... Para que la estadía fuera más confortable deberían incorporar algunas cositas como lugares para poner la maletas. Perchero etcétera. Tampoco hay ni siquiera una silla pequeñas cositas que harían mucho más confortable la estadía por lo demás todo muy bien"

"We had a truly wonderful experience at Concha y Toro Boutique Hotel. Although we arrived a bit early for check-in, the staff kindly let us store our luggage so we could head out and explore the city right away.
Andrea, the receptionist, was especially welcoming and went above and beyond. While we filled out our paperwork, she took the time to share helpful tips about what to see in Santiago and how to get there. Her warm and attentive attitude made us feel instantly at home. She even offered us some breakfast upon arrival—an incredibly kind gesture that we truly appreciated.
Our room was ready around 1 p.m., but we didn’t return until 3 p.m. since we were enjoying the city. Later that evening, her colleague Jennifer was equally impressive. She helped us plan for the next day and gave us great advice on the weather and what to expect. Like Andrea, she was kind, thoughtful, and attentive—both of them were truly stupendous hosts.
In addition, the staff helped us coordinate transportation for both airport pickup and drop-off, which made our travel experience so much smoother and stress-free.
Thanks to the exceptional service from Andrea and Jennifer, we would absolutely return to this hotel. The staff made all the difference in making our stay comfortable, easy, and memorable.

"Casa Aure was our favorite hotel on all of our travels in Chile. It is in an excellent area, close to the metro, right on a bus line and within walking distance of many restaurants, cafes and museums. "
