"We stayed for 5 nights first and it was so good we came back at the end of our trip for a further 3 nights. We had only booked for a couple of nights initially but kept extending our stay. Part of what makes this place so special, aside from the historic building and vintage furniture, is the staff themselves. In particular, Juan was especially helpful, kind and polite. He went above and beyond to ensure both our stay and our time spent in Santiago was the best it could possibly be. Thank you Juan! Definitely recommend choosing Hotel Casa Aure!"

"Staff was great, helped with an extra late check in and check out (providing snacks at checkout since we wouldn't be able to have breakfast). Organizing a ride to and from the airport was also easy through them. Room was clean but a bit dark and squeeky floors. Good stay overall"

"We only passed through on an extended layover but the room was clean and comfortable and the host was excellent. We had to leave very early in the morning and were grateful for the breakfast being ready for us in the morning. Felt very safe and secure even in the heart of the city. Would stay here again!"
