"Breakfast was great and staff were lovely - really helpful and keen to ensure we had a god stay. The building is beautiful and a pleasure to see, with easy access to two metro stations it's in a good location."

The windows did not stay open, and needed something to keep them open, which was not supplied. The kitchen was bare of necesities for food preparation (e.g., oi, spices). Communication always took a long time to get a response. TV channels and aps were limited."
