Hotel was quite nice, a little dated in some areas, but served our purpose well. We really appreciated being able to set up a taxi through the hotel, for p/up and drop off for airport travel.
I loved the modern boutique style of the hotel, loved the breakfast and Flor is amazing guest ambassador of the hotel. The room comfortable, the location of the hotel is strategic to most historic attractions and Barrio Larrastegui, - worth staying and choosing as your next stay. At night the location is the opposite of the day transit quiet/noisy. A downer is they don't have a storage to hold your suitcases as many hotels but I was refereed to a nearby hotel at a reasonable rate price.
Nice service and friendly front desk staff! Thanks a lot!

Everything was good.
Location was central. Room was updated.
Bathroom was updated and clean. Bed was comfortable.
Only issue I had was the coffee served at breakfast. It was weak and low quality
The hotel rooms are relatively new and comfortable, the breakfast is good and the location is ace.
The only down for us was getting to the hotel and finding out they did not offer to keep luggage in the location. So, we had to wait a couple of hours with our luggage for the check-in time. If you are coming from an international flight consider messaging the hotel and pay the extra for an early check-in.
They had a free breakfast...the area it's in was not too safe in the evening. The front desk staff was all right but not particularly friendly. The view was nothing special but at least the place itself felt safe because they kept the front lobby locked to outsiders. They had a vending machine in the lobby, so although water was not free, at least it was available to purchase. They don't store your luggage, so we had to pay an extra $30 to extend our checkout time just so we had a place to keep our luggage till our flight. The room had a microwave and mini fridge which was helpful to have. And their safe was large enough to keep our laptop in. And there is also a minimart (Oxxo) a 1 min walk away which was helpful as well.
Great location. Efficient service.
Note: there's no coffee machine in the room and the included breakfast starts at 7:00 ( 7:30 on Sundays). As most trips outside Santiago start before 7:00, you'll probably miss it. This is, obviously, not the hotel fault, but it's something to keep in mind if you can't function in the morning unless properly caffeinated.
Room was large and very nice. Bathroom was nice and shower was excellent. Wifi signal was strong. Breakfast was decent.
My room was on the 3rd floor and road noise was significant.
As we were trying to check out, we realized that all of our keycards had been deactivated prior to the posted check out time. We all had to go back to lobby, get our keys re-activated, go grab our bags, and go back downstairs to check out. Needlessly aggravating and a poor final impression for the stay.

No way to store luggage if arriving prior to check-in or leaving after check-out - one of few hotels with no such availability. Only one key per room allowed.
reception is staffed around the clock, but staff is often indifferent.
A comfortable bed and quality linens and pillows, as cited in other reviews, a primary reason for choosing this hotel. There was good daily cleaning
The room was basically two beds and two small night stands in a small space - a very small closet with just three hangers, no desk or chair - nowhere for a laptop computer or anything else.
Bathroom badly designed – door does not open and close easily without ramming oneself. There is no clothes line in the bathroom.
Showers have sporadic lukewarm and tepid water, never hot – no way to keep water in the shower, so it gathers on the bathroom floor.
No shower soap after asking twice – toiletries not of good quality, I recommend bringing your own.
Bathroom had no tissues, no wash cloths, and bad lighting. The small round mirror was the only one in the room.
Breakfast was horrendous – an assortment of dry stale pastries, eggs, hotdogs, two corn cereals, orange drink. Hardly anything edible.
The hotel is centric and convenient for exploring the historic center and some major museums, as well as the two big Cerros. It's a busy street with lots of busses, though noise was not really an issue. The neighborhood is very dirty with trash and garbage everywhere, and many blocks have an acrid odor of urine.
This is a good hotel for a one night stay. I would not use it for a longer stay. It is a good hotel, but probably not a proper 3 star hotel. No lobby. Poor breakfast. Good amenities, but no toiletry space in the bathroom. Dirty windows.
