"This is a family run ryokan business by the Kouda family. We booked a house / villa that is with attached bath and toilets. It is a very traditional house with renovated bath & toilet and owners are friendly and accommodating . Location is not very accessible if you don't drive but they fetched us from wachi station as the ryokan is located 30 mins from local train. Would strongly recommend if you want a local ryokan stay experience."

"My brother, a friend and myself went to this beautiful place in the end of March, a bit off season. We were the only ones staying at the Ryokan at the time. The service from the couple that ran the place was amazing. They drove us around showing us various sites like a Kimono factory, the beach, a beautiful view point. "The best part for us was being able to go to the onsen with no trouble despite having Tattoos. My son was very happy that we could do that. The room is standard and the breakfast ceased nice but not the best for kids. Overall staff were very nice and friendly."
