"Well done renovation. Central location. Nice pool area. Excellent coffee cart with real Kona coffee. No complaints. I did see lots of people complaining about the a/c unit noise. It was the same as many hotels. No big deal. I recommend this hotel"

"Excellent place to stay very convenient and extremely well equipped! Kitchen bathroom had everything we needed! Great views!! We stayed in the lower unit and the only issue would be is when the upstairs neighbors are even slightly walking around it’s loud downstairs in this unit. So as long as your on the same schedule as you neighbors you’ll be fine. Without a doubt we would rent this again just would request the upper unit. The host was amazing and calls or messages were responded to immediately. "

"No air-conditioning. It was very noisy when the windows were kept open at nights. Otherwise, very nice place and at a good location. "

"The room was decent but prime ocean view isn't always full ocean view. customer service is pretty mediocre for the price. Food is good for breakfast. Would avoid beach house for dinner. Pool side drinks are mediocre. Overall probably would recommend staying at the Kona Village hotel next door. They actually had their property in front of a more swimmable beach and had better water sports. Four seasons was quieter though and probably better for golf."

"It was a great location in a beautiful setting and the rain forest did not disappoint! Very relaxing away from the beach crowds and traffic. "

"Great place to stay in Kona. The house was clean and had everything we needed including equipment for the beach. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for sightseeing and snorkeling.The only minor downside was that it is close to a road so it can be noisy at times. "
