"Ascott Makati did not disappoint. Despite being located in an area with loads of other hotels nearby, Ascott is competitive in a good way and it's strengths lie in providing a quick and seamless check-in, which you don't find in most hotels, plus the staff are genuinely helpful and friendly. The unit is clean, quiet and is well-supplied with items you would need for a good stay. There is drinking water, washing liquid and detergent for laundry. These litttle things make you appreciate the hotel even more. It is umbeatable when it comes to proximity to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay again in Ascott Makati. "
