"Love this hotel. Luxury in Makati. From the room to all the service is great. I came with small children so it’s great that it is walkable to malls. Kids loves the pool and the view. Food buffet is not most tastiest but it’s fine. "

"Extremely hospitable staff with good location as well. It is beside a huge shopping mall with plenty of shops and things to do as well. Only issue is when we tried to contact the concierge regarding some local tours, they kept on telling us to check with the tour agency next door which is inside the mall. I dont think thats what a concierge is for, to be always directing tourist elsewhere. "
