"It was more than just the amazing location but the staff and the decor made it an outstanding experience. Breakfast was spectacular. The location is close to everything and at the end of the Charles bridge. The staff go out of their way to make sure every need is met and question is fulfilled. If you have the chance to stay even one night, DO! This will always be our go to when we come back to Prague truly a fantastic stay. "

"Breakfast was basic but good. Location excellent. bed good 2 single beds joined which made it big. only downside was that we had 2 single quilts for covering at night and think were a bit small. another anecdote is that people from Czech Republic are not bubbly people in general ."

"Hated the first room, window opened up to nothing but a tarp due to construction. Staff gave me a different room with a garden view. Very nice! Front desk staff is very helpful. Love the hotel, very pretty & the glass elevator is so unique. Hotel is very close to the Powder Bridge, cross under & short walk to Old Town & Astronomical Clock. Great location. Would definitely stay here again."

"I absolutely loved this hotel, the rooms were great, beds were comfortable and room amenities were awesome too! It is located in a great area in the city, close to everything with tons of shops and food options around. Easy to access via public transport as well. Prime option for sure! I am not giving it a perfect score because the staff was rude and not friendly at all! They refused to let me park my car even though the hotel advertises parking, because I had not made a prior reservation for parking. I booked through a third party vendor so there was no way I could have known that a separate reservation was needed for parking. After arguing for a bit, they finally let me enter the garage and park my car but the front staff person was rude and VERY nasty. I won't say anything negative about the hotel itself, but the staff could stand some improvement and better customer service skills. "
