"The staff were very friendly. Our room including the bathroom was exceptionally clean. Disposable slippers and still and sparkling water were provided with a surprise. Though the room was a bit pricey, I would still highly recommend it to anyone who would like to stay with a walkable distance to Lugano Station."

We arrived late and left early the next day. The staff was kind, though we sensed some slightly unusual vibes. The breakfast, however, was a bit underwhelming."
"Excellent location! When you arrive at the train station, take the funicular down and as soon as you get off turn right- the hotel is in that back corner beside cafe Milano. Rooms were recently renovated, great breakfast, and friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again. "

"First class hotel with excellent service from start to finish. Incredible view from the roomās balcony. Food and drink options in hotel were excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner with many other restaurants in Bellagio a 5-7m walk away. The pool, outside jacuzzi, and the spa were all superb. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Bellagio and would absolutely visit again."
"The onsite restaurant for breakfast was perfect; staff was very friendly. The room was a perfect size. My only negative was that the AC was weak, the towel rack in the bathroom was at shoulder heights and me and spouse kept hitting our heads, the the shower pan floor was super slippery and the shower head was poorly placed. Overall though, worth the price based on amenities and location. Walking distance to the lake and self-serve laundry which was great for us. "
