"I have to say the best two things about this hotel are the staff and the location. From the check in to the check out the entire staff is amazing! At the lobby, bar, restaurant, room service, everybody was so nice and helpful! The location is perfect as you can walk to shops and restaurants. The area is very safe, the food and drinks were very good. The view from the pool area is beautiful and the pool is very clean and nice. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Santo Domingo and looking by for a good location and great hotel."
