I was able to enter the room given to me at 4 pm I was never offered about an upgrade, considering that my room was not ready to hnded over in time. I did ask, because i was tired from trip, if they have another room ready right away, to be able to get situated in it, but they just kept me waiting until 3:45 PM "

"Great area to walk around Ciudad Colonial. Around the corner of the hotel theres a walking street with a lot of shops and restaurant and Parque Colón. A lot of tourist actives to do in the area. The only complaint I have is that didn't have batteries for my safe. I asked for them but didn't receive any :(. But otherwise great experience. "
