"We had a great stay in this property. It is clean, well equipped and in a really handy location with the train station close by and a nice couple of wee pubs up the road. the house itself has a modern kitchen and main bathroom as well as another bathroom on the top ( 3rd Floor ). Bedrooms have good space and are clean and well maintained. It is an older terraced property over three floors and with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor, it might not suit those with mobility issues,...

"Everything was wonderful. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating. The house was more lovely than the photos and all the rooms beautifully comfortable. There were thick towels, comfy beds, a welcome basket, everything we would need in the kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds and really kind, thoughtful and easy communications with our hosts. We hope to return!"

"The Old Weigh House is a highly specified and beautiful property with offroad parking. It is located in the charming old town area of Kirkby Lonsdale, within easy walking of the river and the town's independent shops, pubs with local brews, and excellent restaurants. Farther afield, KL is an ideal spot from which to explore the Dales of Cumria, Lancashire and Yorkshire. We would definitely visit The Old Weigh House again."
