They have beach towels, robes, and toiletries. I loved the coffee delivered to my room in the morning. I would stay here again when I am in Malibu."

Every single person I interacted with—from the valet, to the front desk, to housekeeping and room service—was the definition of top-tier hospitality. Friendly, professional, and completely focused on making your experience amazing. I’ve never encountered a team this consistently excellent anywhere in the world. The only real letdown was the food—it was really overpriced and unfortunately pretty underwhelming, especially compared to how flawless everything else was. Still, that wouldn’t stop me from coming back. You should definitely visit this place. It’s something special."
