"The Eastleigh was an easy base for a few days away: two minutes from the pier and beach but tucked far enough up Scarbrough Avenue that you don’t hear arcade noise at night. We rolled in late morning, snagged an on-street space outside and never moved the car again. The room was spotless and practical—ceiling fan for stuffy evenings, mini-fridge with cold water and the check-in took seconds. The Wi-Fi was usable but a bit flaky, dropping in and out, so fine for quick checks but not much more....

"We only had the pleasure of staying at the Vine for one night but would have gladly stayed for ever what a amazing hotel the host Joe was outstanding from the moment we arrived at this most beautiful hotel you are greeted by the lovely Joe she showed us to our room which was like a five star hotel room sockets galore wardrobe dressing table cabinets tea and coffee facilities including herbal teas biscuits homemade cakes the list goes on oh yes sorry hairdryer dressing gowns slippers ok I’ll stop...

The owners are very hospitable, and friendly. Everything has been thought of to make your stay more enjoyable and trouble free. I stayed in one of the pods, which are just brilliant. Has everything you need. Has heating and a fan if needed. The pods are right on the edge of the well stocked lake. I arrived early evening, but didn't seem to be a problem, and nothing was too much trouble. Made to feel very welcome and invited to explore the grounds...
