"The wall had a big hole in it behind the entry door. The wall paper and moldings in the bathroom were peeling off the walls. We have stayed at this hotel many times, usually dealing directly with the Holiday Inn website and always had great rooms. I'm not sure, maybe the rooms purchased through outside venders like Expedia are subpar."
