"Great stay and got through check in quick"

"The building is old and undergoing renovations. The bed was comfortable. Looks like they installed new windows. The place still looks run down. The lobby has old furniture. The pool and jacuzzi are closed for remodeling. The location is farthest in the City from the ski resort. Its close to restaurants. The breakfast is decent. Juice is available most of the day because they’re remodeling the cafe area. Overall the hotel is good enough to stay. "

"Great location for skiing however rooms are very basic and outdated for the price we paid. The room we stayed in was also very noisy. We could hear people talking in the hallway and next door very clearly. Staffs in the hotel were nice and helpful. "

"This was our first time staying at Juniper Resort, and we absolutely loved it. Danny, at the front desk, was very accommodating by letting us check-in at noon since we got there early. Our one-bedroom suite was very nice and spacious with great mountain views. The resort had all of the typical amenities. The big winner for me was the resort offered a free personal shuttle service. That saved us time and comfort instead of waiting for one of the public transits."

"Our stay was disrupted by excessive noise from the room next door until 3 AM due to a loud party. When we reached out to hotel staff for help, we were told to deal with it ourselves by knocking on their door. This response was unprofessional and unacceptable. Guests should be able to rely on staff to handle disturbances, especially late at nigh"

"Room was very clean. There is a parking garage under the hotel, plenty of parking. It was confusing as to where the main lobby and entrance is when you first arrive, look for a dark log facade. No signs on exterior of building. Breakfast was good with eggs, a meat, and potato variety, as well as waffles, cereal bread, muffins etc. The initiial check was fine, while waiting for a luggage cart we went to the room and discovered no heat. We had to wait 30 minutes for the GM but he was awesome and gave us a different room, and checked in with us a couple times after our first night to make sure everything was good. Our only concern with this hotel is they need to replace/upgrade the old wall heaters in some of the rooms. Again the GM is a hard worker and resolved our issue quickly. We will definitely stay again."
