"The breakfast was not free. $5 for a cup of coffee, and $5 for toast is a little pricy. The hotel was down to one elevator out of three creating long waiting times. I don't like having a gratuity added into my bill. That should be up to the customer. Need additional staff on the beach for food and drink orders. The one server (Gabriel) that was on the beach busted his but trying to keep up. "
